Digital Products
SimplyVora primarily offers digital products, including planners, worksheets, guides, and other downloadable resources. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical goods.
Because a digital product may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, a refund is not automatically available simply because you change your mind after delivery or download. However, this does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
When We May Provide a Refund
If a digital product is materially defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement file, restore access, or issue a refund.

Unauthorized Copies and Misuse
A refund does not grant permission to retain, distribute, resell, publicly upload, or otherwise misuse a digital product in violation of its license or the site’s Terms and Conditions.
Third-Party Products and Services
If you purchase a product or service from a third party through a link on SimplyVora, that transaction is governed by the third party’s own terms and refund policy unless otherwise stated by SimplyVora.
